You know you're in Bogota when

You know your in Bogotá when ....

You are hot, cold, dry and soaking wet in the same day.
You are nearly impregnated by a little old man in his attempts to get on the Transmillenio(bus).
You miss a class, and so does the teacher.
The person from who you wouldn't buy incence on the street then asks you to just give him money.
The multimillion dollar University that you attend requires you to get a sticker on your barcoded database registered photo ID card before you can enter the Library.
You have to take a passport photo and a fingerprint to buy a mobile phone.
The taxi doesn't stop at red lights after 10 pm.
You can buy lunch at one place for less than the price of a coffee at another.
There are no streets south of 0.
You never organise to meet anyone anywhere you can't sit down, cause noone knows when they will turn up.
